To respect our stylists’ time and availability, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service(s). • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service(s). • After more than one cancellation, any deposit paid will become non-refundable. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact your stylist directly. Owning Roots was a dream come true, and I’m forever grateful for the memories and relationships built there. After selling the salon, I expanded my passion for beauty and self-expression by adding body piercing to my services.
